Forget a JV. Just sell it now with Cole Creek data. Opening bid 25p. (£250M is very cheap). Arguably with CC factored into the equation we could be looking at 2 billion barrels. Someone did once say 4-5 billion barrels. However, 2 billion is prob more realistic.

Directors share options are at 2.6p and we're sadly well under that now. Let's make the asset pay

Let us not forget we went NDA in October 2022 which was three months prior to CC recompletion discovery. We've drilled another since. The first certai ly flowed unstimulated. This would have significantly increased out reservoir accerage too.

Now let other big players fight over this. It's a substantial inland asset.

Personally, I'd say drill a third well for $200k and sell CC to the highest bidder. £150M surely would be cheap. It's ours to sell at 100% ownership

Fair point Bigbear. No NDA to hide behind now. Atlas got this a bit wrong too and they know something. There was a legally binding release of a LOI. Would like to see us sell CC to fund further exploration and pay off debt. It's 100% ours to do what we like

May be sell Cole Creek for £150M. Would solve a lot of issues

When we get to 2000 bopd plus we are a sustainable profitable company. That is distal from the BFU and Cole Creek assetswhich has zero £ in value assigned.

UPL a £50M MCap and not one barrel it's a wildcat drill. We have shed loads, are a producer with a road map to much higher production valued at £15M. Our equipment, plant and gas injected is worth multiples of our MCap. One day rodders
