COPL RNS's were not worth the paper they were written on SteveV. Apart from bond issues. Strategically were we sold lies and since there has been no explanation - where's the accountability, where's the information. Richardson is scum. How much injectant was bought. How much had been injected. What happened to graphs to show injection rates. The board is scum.. Anavio are scum with a legacy of destruction for shareholders. The FCA and regulation thus far is none existent. If the asset go bust Anavio are unsecured so at least they will get NOTHING if this goes bust

The reason COPL is in serious financial trouble is because $1M of injectant wasn't injected.. deliberate sabotage by Richardson. Then come up with the fiance to rescue us owning 90% of the asset in the process. Scum

What is fraud is Anavio (our board) providing funding at 4p then colluding with JBER to short this stock to 2.6p and lower. Anavio have been implicit with shorting from as high as 20p to practically zero. Part of that funding $1M was assigned to buy injectant - though how much was purchased and injected.

Why has it taken a desperate last minute poorly constructed RNS fom Anavio board to justify their shorting antics. Share holders mentioned twice I think - they have utter contempt for shareholders. I find it disgusting. Then where is the CC data?? Evidently these guys haven't the first clue about O&G operations. Only expertise on how to short COPL and acquire almost the entire asset on the sly and at an extremely cheap price. Destroying shareholder finance in the process. Hope that was discussed and justified in the 'call'. Seems extremely unlikely. They could have raised £6M from the market in Oct at 3p for example. Instead we are now practically at zero due to their ulterior motive.
