Pursuant to the Debt Exchange, and as described in the Prospectus dated 26 June 2020, Mr. Millholland also has the option to convert a further CAD$200,000 owed to him pursuant to Promissory Note into common shares of the Company at the Placing Price of 0.3p per share until December 31, 2020.

Which is only for £117k

I agree - Arts RNS Friday was a - let's flush em out RNS. As we all know this is not am £11M MCap company. Especially now the deposit has been paid. Exceptional value here. I noticed one MM bounced up to 0.30.

We have all 7 bunched between 0.2p and 0.23p on the other side 2 are at 0.28 And one at 0.3p and spread out for the rest. Once these shenanigans are sorted and with £270k across three trades in the last hour I think we are pretty much there because £300k FCAP are either out or on fumes.

First of all no the money is to be found by Jan 31st and it's $4M as stated or £3M sterling. The deposit is paid. Art is not going to dilute when the company is worth less than £20M. Currently the new asset is valued at about £1M. Poor market today but will improve
