At $35 is $18M dollars a year or $180M over 10 years.

Now do the same maths at 5k BOPD, i.e multiply by 3.5 so is $35M a year from the asset is $63M a year profit. There is some serious disconnect going on here as Art thinks we should be closer to a £100M MCap yet we are valued at £10M. The market here needs to re-rate COPL. This should be higher than 0.5p after yesterday's announcement and that is still only £25M or 4x under Arts valuation
