An awful lot of time and effort and has gone into the Atomic acquisition - dating back to September. Which is compounded by the documentation and complexity of debt restructuring/ financing which has also been ongoing for months. Apparently a year ago the field produced 200 bopd. Now 1,400 and on target to 5k in a year. This tech is highly effective - just a waiting game but news flow 'throughout January' is different to saying at the end of January.

That's prob to buy out the other percentage from 15% to 57% ownership so again is part of the debt finance package. In the RNS it states additional debt and cash at $15M. Hopefully the i's and t's dotted on that this week. It's part of $54 million package - there is no way COPL could find $15M on its own plus $8M. Our aggressive £6M cash raise is a war chest to take the company forward not to 'buy' the asset

To be fair we are going after an incline field at the start of its cycle and are into this because of the US O&G equity and debt restructurig issues primarily due to the fracking debacle. Also at sub £18M and finance on the horizon and with a strong cash position let alone OPL 226 the revaluation hasn't really started yet. Should be a great Q1 and beyond for holders
