The money, $8M, is to be paid to Atomic. They will get their money once debt finance sorted. They have received $1M from us a deposit. Once the funds are available to COPL which should be this week they will subsequently get this money. Atomic need us. The £6M raised is a signal to the market, atomic and the debt providers that we need business. If it is make or break we can pay them tomorrow with the £6M for example but like Art said was not essential to meet payment by dec 31st.

I look at RMS - they raised £5M at 1.2pish. Suddenly in the last two trading days it's now at 1.9p. That's 75% in two days. Once the overhang is almost gone throw the debt finance RNS to create a synergistic effect. Like their stock COPL could be explosive

We are offering the 3 destressed stakeholders a way out because they cant raise in the US - fracking has destroyed the available debt facilities as that industry is bankrupt. To move quickly on this 'prime prime asset' Art has had to demonstrate aggressive equity arrangement to secure debt from the debt providers. He has achieved this off his own back in what is considered a book closed period and to the tune of £6M. That strike will impress any and everyone.

0.26p already paid plenty of times on Thursday Shaa. The 0.4s are going to come quicker than some expect. Be great if firmly in the 0.3s by mid week. If we can get to the 0.5-0.6p area before news at the end of the month that would be fantastic. I really like RBD but no flow rates yet and cash dwindling to a few million valued at £47M compared to our £19M MCap. We could be a producer at 1,400 BOPD by Feb 1st.

Evidence: Acquisition (Atomic: from last RNS) has a high NPV asset at a price well below traditional metrics: Proved(P1) value of $101.7mm (net of royalties); Proved + Probable(P2) value of $185.8mm (net of royalties).

Now we are going after 100% of the asset!

Divide the MCap by 3X and what you get is.....
- A £6M cash position;
- £6M valuation for Nigerian OPL226;
- £6M valuation for Atomic

Atomic was valued (56%), including debt, between £75M ($100M) and £135M. At 100% then proportionately would increase to £140M and £250M for arguments sake, respectively.

Most that took the placing were sold the story not a quick 10-15% opportunity hence why 0.26p was hammered at one point on the Ask last New Years eve. Good luck

It was not a standard bucket shop raise Mannan. It kept going to NT and was quite stable into close at 0.24p on the Ask. Those that were expecting 0.2p to return post raise will soon realise that those opportunities are unrealistic which will see folk jumping at what I consider the super cheap shares sub 0.3p.

At 100% of the asset with projected 5,000 BOPD from one of the two fields no wonder £6M was readily raised. It'll be so lucrative - Atomic the focus. Second field at 3,500 bopd - it's stonking. Nigeria now the bonus. True we could monitize that asset for say £15-20M - either way it's a win win for shareholders. Marginals now very much in play. Art will have his heart set on transforming COPL into a mid tier O&G producer - he now has a strategy to achieve this
