I am glad that AM is underwater from his near quarter of a million purchase so now he knows what it feels like for a majority of investors/traders down here at 20p. It is now down to him to deliver and bring confidence back and get this SP up. J think we are beginning to see a better AM jn returns of comms and content. Moreover, i think the CPR resource report was more important than he originally thought as he now knows exactly where to sink the wells to get the reserves report completed in the most financially robust way.

Either way a few £300k is represents a fraction of the MCap so who cares. So many shares have been surpressed by big sellers in the past and the SP rebound dramatically days later and i've asked myself why didnt they wait?? Ultimately who cares. AM doesn't. He wants enough meat on the bone to attract long term iis not the 5 minute wonga type.

Another £500k sell just cleared. I'd rather clear these now rather than later when news lands.

A hearing before the US Court to consider and issue an order (the "Sale Order") approving the US Sale Motion is scheduled for May 26, 2022. The Sale Order by the US Court becomes final and non-appealable 14 days after issuance. Closing of the acquisition of the assets of Cuda Energy LLC by COPL America Inc, assuming the Sale Order becomes final, is anticipated to occur sometime between June 10 and July 10, 2022.
