The RNS gives a very specific closure timeframe of 4 weeks which has not deviated in all of the subsequent references and official correspondance. Asset transfer, legal documentation, payment etc and pen and papet will not in happen 24 h after post appeal period. I would say that is fairly reasonable to say.
