I also do not underestimate the nouse of AM. It's potentially a master stroke in itself. AM has effectively secured a mini JV with the Bondholders immediately prior to our JV candidates presentation. With or without you it's happening approach.

Drill depth is only 350m from memory - not sure how the 65m sands target could be a fail as it is very shallow. We are probably actively addressing well recompletion two as I type. Perhaps part of the NDA is that well data is, preferably, not released to market before the JV secured - or may be not :::))))

Not sure AM legally can and would for that matter... he's down well over £200k as I type.

What needs to be done to get this all over the line needs to be done using tools with the most minimalistic impact to the SP - I think to this extent AM has sort of achieved this. We own an awful lot of accerage including 100% of the Fed Deep and ColeCreek - with the latter considered the most valuable. AM is well aligned with us having purchased £500k in 14 months with an average somewhere in the high 20s.

Very decent volume today and a floor hammered out. In a few trading days we could well be higher than recent highs. However, with the elephant in the room, the immediate funding gap, now been addressed.

I think the recent Proactive video is testament to the cat that we're almost there now - FINALLY and ....on multiple fronts.

Once the remaining conversion hangover clears it will bounce that's how it works as we all know. COPL is now valued at £45M which is silly. That JBER conversion can leave the Ask at any time. 8M already traded today and when it's cleared it will bounce. We are now profitable due to the unhedging. Every 10% drop costs AM about £50k .. at least so he's down £80k - at least.

At $80 a barrel unhedged at 1,500 BOPD for January COPL will generate $3.6M or £3M revenue.

CC recompletions could generate up to 500 bopd this month alone and arguably up to 1000 bopd plus by the end of next month when all six are complete - if not more....

The recompletion work will command attention from other potential suitors - our partner will be keen to tie up a JV before this RNS is released to market to confirm viability. The 'tap feature' is a statement to our suitors that we can fund and develop further work independently so no begging bowl as it were. Hold tight - I seriously believe as do many here and the big man himself that big things are about to drop in our favour. Then I look at the market cap and smirk..

Agreed - up to £3.3M funding tap is immaterial compared to the CC recompletion benefit/JV/credit facility. Buys here - sells there who cares. At sub £50M Mcap it's a silly evaluation. It's pretty obvious that serious gains are on the horizon. AM has elected not to dilute himself any further. Tick tock

JV for the deep well appraisal and development should be signed off this month as well.

I prefer the tap facility to a bucket raise. A slight knock back today but ultimately has little bearing on the future here which from my prospective remains very bright indeed

Fail to mention the JV presentation from our potential partner being finalised for COPL; fail to mention the recompletion wells; fail to acknowledge the CPR confirmation.
