Well, until there is some fundamental news it’s going down sadly. It’s apparent it’s on a nosedive. Either hold and not panic, easier said than done and nurse catastrophic losses or ride out the inferno! I will be doing the latter.

I think the disappointment of not getting the desired amount in CBX will result in a flow back into KNB since it’s looks good value at the moment. Although there is the Beckham allure for CBX, I think KNB going down the medical path has huge potential to reap greater share value for us. I thought the close today would be 31.5p so I’m predicting we will end up around 38-39p tomorrow.

End of next week if it creeps up to 40p or whenever, panic sellers holding out to they recoup entry price, slippage back to low 30’s then steady increase off 5-10% unless some fundamental news comes out! 50p I think could be a number of weeks away.

The fall this morning is panic from smaller investors rightly so, you see sudden drops getting worse day by day and it builds momentum. At some point soon you will get purchases seeing long term prospects ahead for this share and it will start to rise then you will be kicking yourself for not sticking with it. The business would have not got initial funding unless they had a credible business plan.

I think it will personally stabilise within the 24-28p range now. Looking at previous news, they are concentrating on the European market, specifically UK and Germany so there is a strategy and are not looking to enter the US. Once development and distribution occurs later this year then you will see noticeable increases. At the moment it is now at a very good entry price. I think perhaps towards the end of the week it will nudge back up towards 30p
