Will the Randgold problems and the new DRC Tax regime affect ABM in its infancy?

Company has subdivided its SULA GBP0.001 nominal value stock into 1 new ordinary share of GBP0.0001 and 1 deferred share GBP0.0009. Deferred shares have negligible rights and are effectively worthless.

Twitter puts it as $ABM but still can’t find it either!

The AGM lasted 4 mins. There were 4 people there. I got there at 5 mins past 10 and missed it by 1minute. All resolutions were passed apparently.

My broker said my shares were now valueless!

SULA announced a decrease in value to..."nothing! My broker just wrote to tell me 'the deferred shares will have only negligible rights and will therefore be effectively valueless. I think all we did was just line someone's pension pot!

SRL have repaid the loan to the Government of Sierra Leone. Where did the money come from? Can't remember the last time a dividend was paid so, where has this $25,000,000 been languishing? Smoke and mirrors come to mind!

Why would anyone buy at 36.5 when Iluka are buying at 36p? Has the bid been increased and no one told me? Someone put me out of my misery!

Assuming Iluka and the Germans play ball, this is a fantastic stock as you can buy at 26p today and Iluka will take it off your hands for 36P!

Can anyone confirm that if buy SRX at 29p now will Iluka take my shares for 36p when the Germans Chapter 2 is done? Seems like a win-win to me!

Local feeling is that there may be a bit of load-shedding of staff and a slow down in production. Why take on an $80m debt, increase production and depress prices? Possible reason Chapter 2 was invoked. As mentioned elsewhere, whats it got to do with the Germans?

You would think the newly acquired German in-laws would be a it more accommodating! Would be interesting to find out how H.C. Starck view this deal?
