The KA at the B1 site IS charged with Hydrocarbons. But the location was for the Cadeby target. Not such a great spot for the KA.

Now we deviate to better KA..... but still this drill was for Cadeby... HENCE

They will drill B2 full lateral as they have spent all the cash on the B site. They are funded to do so. When the blistering B2 KA horizontal well throws of oodles of gas and condensate then you can smile.

By that time Brent will be $60 a barrel....

Unlike GP, I think they WILL do the full lateral drill at the B site post a positive EWT on the B1 sidetrack.

From one shaft and a few holes on the main veins. They then lost the vein and did not go to depth. How many ounces are there actually at Eclipse and Houdini?

10,000 ounces = $18 million at today's prices... roughly. Even with the recent fall in gold prices it is at a 10 year high approximately. news articles bleating about a 'collapse' to $1600...... that's well over a 5 year high.

20,000 ounces anyone?? Reflected in the MCap.... errr no. Significant volumes in the 20-40g per ton range are going to add up very quickly.... plus all the other lower grade sections. Mine the high percentage areas first for quick payback.

Thanks Jack. I think it is pretty clear this deviated sidetrack is to provide a better intersect of the Kirkham Abbey formation to flow test with the coming EWT on B1.

This does not replace the full lateral well that will be drilled as the B2 well.

The data gathered will of course add to the understanding of the formations for the Rathlin geological team. The KA is naturally fractured, which is key. How well will it flow naturally and what is the condensate component. These are the questions to be answered in the coming weeks and months.

We have seen the usual market overeaction but it will not last, the buying opportunity is too good. The level we are at has been supported by the consistent seller we have had for months and is not a true reflection of value here, AT ALL.
