if you send a reasonable communication to him i'm sure you would get a reply to you concerns though. Bear in mind he is very busy at the moment. I time my mail for after the NEC Expo and before what i expected would be a busy end of the month.

I have started a new thread as i hate a long one. You post at the end of the Ramp, Ramp thread is an intelligent one. This can not be said for a lot of the posts in the thread.

Let's be clear. Direct product sales are just beginning and will likely not be stellar at this stage. this will give the trolls more fuel in the short term. Due to the nature of CBD, small new sellers have issues with getting payment systems up. We had Paypal and then they bailed. We now have a new provider and should be up soon.

The Chill smokes have been out a while so their sales numbers via direct points of sale will be interesting to see. As will the current number of sales points being distributed too. Chews have recently been added, These only contain .15 of a gram CBD but sell for $11. Quite a good margin don't you think?

the inventory build up was in relation to the potential for a big new supplier who would take a lot of stock. if this news land EVERYONE will change their tone overnight.....

BUT, this is all B2C retail. The beauty of Zoetic is it has B2B options too. we already have a small premium one with SKIN but considering our controlled indoor environment, further clinical B2B is a distinct possibility. Seed sales are of course B2B and the currently harvested crop can, if need be. be sold for cash as is to a CBD processor. It's a commodity.

The company has diverse options.

So the incessant focus on direct sales coming from some quarters is a sign that either those individuals cannot see the bigger picture, or that they would rather not see it. You are right that we do need some numbers around all these things and i have made my desires in that regard known. However, there is certainly significant cause to look positively on the Zoetic business and it is still in a very very early stage. If plans proceed well and the intentions for next year's crop are fulfilled then we be looking at a very very different scenario indeed!

I was very happy with his reply though of course no price sensitive information was divulged to a private investor such as I. However, his concise summary of his hopes for Zoetic going forward, coupled with his own investment of approaching a third of his annual salary did give me a lot of confidence in what the future holds.

He is a finance man remember. he know about money and the need for cashflow to be carefully managed. Waived an increase in salary when taking over the CEO role and you would do well to take heed. He will not be a CEO in the model of Robert price I think you will find.

I agree it is early BUT we have a crop to sell and seed revenue to come. Numbers are needed though, I do agree.

However, you have to give the new CEO a chance. He barely has his feet on the deck. Also, Trevor and Antonio running the De Beque facility are not part of the old team and they have a big chunk of shares coming their way. They want this to fly.

AI87, I have you will have noted, stayed off the board for a good while after the shocking news of Robert Price's departure. It was not what i and many others expected and it was hard to accept. However, it does not affect in any way the process that Zoetic is going through and the advances the CBD business has made in the last 6 months.

Zoetic is a very new and growing (geddit) entity. Nothing you have said makes any difference to the facts we have about Zoetic. We are shortly to have the half-yearly update for CEO Nick Tulloch and I have had been in touch with him in that regard. You will have to wait and see what that update brings.

Now, I personally do not believe you hold shares in ZOE. I do not care that much but if you did, you would have to be mad. Maybe you are mad? I do not know. If you cannot see a link between the oregon Live seed article and Zoetic's seed business then you must have a very low intellect or perhaps you are just bad at connecting information together.

JJ is winners of 'Troll of the day' today with his glorious factual innacuracy relating to promises of seed sales already. Well done JJ.

The company has stressed, right from the announcement regarding a seed sales focus from the indoor facility, that seed sales take place in the late winter (Jan-March) as prospective growers buy their stock for the coming planting season. So revenues will not be fully apparent until late Q1 2010.

I have asked our new CEO to be as fully transparent as he can in regards the seed production rates, the quality control process and the sales process. I do not know how much he can say about that at this stage.

The first seeds may have been harvested at this point, or they may not. I had in the past based some of my calculations that you all enjoyed so much, on 5-6 million seeds rather than OSG's mental 15 million. Not all plants in the indoor facility will be female, not all seeds will make the grade and a full years product will not be available by Q1 2020.

I would be happy, very happy, with 5 million sold. It may be 4, it may only be 3. But several million dollars will be inbound in Q1 2020 ON TOP OF, sales of product revenue, outdoor harvest revenue and cash from the sale of the existing assets.

Imagine the seed sales in early 2021 if the market grows as predicted. Imagine the outdoor revenue from up to 100 acres, circa 200,000 plants at 30g per plant....That's 6 million grams of CBD isolate....$5 per gram..... who knows.

Really important article. That is why our expertise at the De beque facility really matters. the seeds they produce now and in coming harvests they will have time to test and measure the percentage of female to male plants. They will obviously have data on flower abundance and CBD vs THC levels.

Really important to have factual data on seed genetics and provenance. no point spending time growing a crop you have to plow back under! And if you are a seed seller you don't want the buyer coming back with a lawsuit.

IANS, anyone who takes any notice of JJAL on this board, who has followed HNR for any time into being ZOE is just an idiot. I know you know that. ED clearly has value and will be sold for a reasonable sum. Nick Tulloch, being a conservative individual has played down what that might be. Outdoor crop being harvested now. Update very soon. If this is the key that unlocks ED then this will be a very interesting place. However, it may be nothing of the sort. Zoetic progress approaches. How much is the outdoor crops CBD isolate worth at a wholesale price of $7 anyone? Clue....

I previously made an estimate based on HNR receiving $6 per pack of Chill sold and 10 packs a day per store. Let’s drop that to $5 and 5 packs per day but make it 50 outlets as that number will be reached by the end of August I feel.

5 x 5 x 30 x 50 = $37,500 per month selling small amounts of smokes out of many outlets. This is a lower estimated than before and is designed to be pessimistic This is why HNR have Ox handling all that fiddly distribution. Subsequently you will have to add chews to that revenue.

What if the online sales can just match this? And what if Leafy Quick with their premium product can also only match this? Very pessimistic. I did not include vapes…..

Still it’s 3 x $37,500 so a not to be sniffed at $112,500 per month. And then you would have to add the Cellulac sales and any wholesale …..

In October they will be selling a good chunk of the Outdoor crop at wholesale, well above $5 per gram would be my guess. Supply and demand.

No seed revenue. That will happen in a big way in early 2020. I’d be very happy if they could sell 6 million proven seeds at $1-1.40. Tested, feminised, low THC high CBD seeds from a clean controlled source. In HIGH demand.

East Denver chugging away, decline flattening off. Oil price is due for a rise in late 2019. Hence modest chokes. True not stooped.
