Thank you for your enquiry regarding current status of Trading at RUA. A business update was made to the market in early April, there have been no developments at RUA that requires any correction to that statement. The next scheduled announcement will be the publication of the Preliminary Results for the year to March and the Annual Report and Accounts

But a code 1 trade is suppose to mean an RNS is coming. I have never believed it as I think its more to do with at the present time of a larger trade was going through they didnt have enough stock to complete the order and with the smaller trades of 1 coming through they are just completing the order. But hey I maybe well off the mark :-)

The valve as been tested.... It could be a deal more likely

Nice to see the volume picking up. With the tiny amount of stock the mm's will have no choice soon but to take it up regardless of news.

If this was on the american markets.....It would be flying. UK markets are such a drag and boring. Gone are the days of the companies that use to rip before the news.

I am abit more confident with £25k in the mix. Regardless of money as its all relevant. but I am very confident in this return a substantial amount to my SIPP & ISA.

Even if this just fills the gap to 18p will be a nice return. We need some news on a deal

Commercial offers - June 2024

The JORC will set the tone for what the offers will be like. But what i have read so far. The Verkhuba deposit will be like mining a solid copper bar.

In April 2024 we announced that because of interest in the Verkhuba Copper Deposit having been received

from several companies, we have initiated a formal process including the opening of a data room for a

potential joint venture, farm-out, or sale of the deposit. The process is expected to be finalised in June and

although there can be no certainty that a transaction will be concluded, the Company is confident of receiving

multiple commercial offers

What makes you think its delisting.......Have they mentioned anything of the sort. Dry your eyes keep the faith

Thanks for the sensible replies......... Now I am not a mineral investor normally .... going on the estimations below what would that do to the SP ?

Thats the value of the licence...... What do you think a fair offer would be ?

How much do you think it could be worth to a company to make an offer ? What sort of offer could we expect ?

Market makers making it hard work for traders.... Which bodes well for us long term investor.

I am guilty of buying more today in my ISA and SIPP. Any weakness and I am topping up.
