Crusty, i'll expect there'll be a bit more info/meat on the bone, than just, this is the "final decison of the positioning of CH1". Like estimates for Ntory's Cretaceous target, maybe the ( lobe two- new target ) slide 12 of latest presentation ?, plus the deeper Jurassic exploration target.
Though in saying that, the 3D could throw up a different scenario, but for me, the fact that ARA has just increased their risk exposure by 25% (after seeing the 3D seismic) must tell you something. yes i think it could e quite an interesting RNS.

TPDC starts the process to produce natural gas in Ntorya
" The National Petroleum Development Organization (TPDC) has started the process of producing natural gas in the Ntorya area located in Nanguruwe ward in Mtwara Region.

Director General of TPDC, Dr. James Mataragio said during the visit of the Wakurungezi Board that gas production will start after 18 months from now where 60 million cubic feet will be produced per day. The gas was discovered in 2012.

"After we have started the initial production of 60 million cubic feet per day, we expect to go up to 140 million cubic feet per day for the next two years," he said.

He said that the organization is currently in negotiations with the ARA mining company (ARA Petroleum Tanzania Limited) which will be involved in the production of the gas.

"Currently we are in the process of starting to build a pipeline that will be 35 kilometers from the Ntorya area to the Madimba Gas Processing Plant in Mtwara Region," he said.

He said that the pipeline construction activities have started and that they are in the process of talking to financial institutions to build the pipeline.

"We have started doing a feasibility study to find out how much the cost of building the pipeline will be," he said.

He has mentioned some of the activities that will be involved in building the pipeline as knowing the area where the pipeline will pass and knowing the cost of paying people who have farms and houses in the areas where the pipeline will pass."
