yes haggis, like i said i really haven't a clue, but as i understood it at the time, when the Sakson group was chosen it would had been done under the watchful eye of the Zubair/ARA, as they were closing out the farm-out. But it was over 3 years ago now ?

there, we have to go all the way back to the Operational Update 17th Dec 2018, where they "selected Sakson Drilling and Oil Services DMCC to drill the Chikumbi-1 well." whether this still stands i do not know. ??

yes, i thought the loan facility was just to cover the cash-calls. but it looks now the BOD can use it for other things ?
