Well, as for timing of significant news, i think two things now and will have a bearing, one the recent energy minister reshuffle, and this years up and coming (Tanzania Energy Congress) on the 21st of this month. Which of course the Ntorya development is the only upstream project in town. 🙂

Yes totally agree, but if the transaction is not finalised before the long-stop date, what then, surely the agreement becomes null and void ??

that they are about to have their 25% of Ruvuma taken from them for a miserly pittance. No If I were ARA, I would hold back releasing Ntorya potential and causing Aminex share price to rise until I have SCIR 25 % in the bag, which I fully believe next week or end of the stop date will prove to be the case. : )

Yes ICB888, looking promising indeed for next week, for starters, news re the ARA/SCIR transaction being signed off by the ministry for Energy. That should kick things off. 🙂
