I think the only time they released any significant news at a AGM was results of the KN-1 well test 04 June 2008 and a lot that were attending expressed their unhappiness with it as they felt they were not able to trade ot take advantage of the news.

yes MAX, I guess now the Gov has announced the 14 day quarantine plans for those arriving in the UK, Aminex can now decide how to hold the AGM and suppose it will be some kind of a virtual meeting.

what about a (memorandum of understanding) regarding a production deal/strategic partnering, the timing of which might well be under their control ?

yes, it would be nice to get the $7.80 mil owed settled, I guess they're holding back on the announcement of the date of the AGM, waiting on conformational news, re; F/O, settlement of money owed fingers crossed, and maybe news of (financial partnering) ? but I don't think they will release news on the day of AGM, but on the days leading up to it.

yes matherdj, i'm not hard and fast on this, and like you say we will see, though Nyuni value/potential could increase substantially after the 2020 3D work program over the Kiliwani North development licence and Nyuni. and that any company that already has production/cash-flow might well be attracted at getting in on the ground floor, plus what ever production deal Aminex are thinking about, it is only needed for the short to medium term as they must anticipate Ntorya gas coming on stream.

matherdj, I wouldn't be so sure he was referring to Ruvuma, the (Nyuni Area PSA) has multi TCF potential, and of course it comes with its very own 140mmcfd gas processing plant which at present has a spare capacity of 120mmcfd, so waiting for gas to be discovered and tied in. what a valuable incentive for any would-be partner.

really its quite ironic, surely, any capital gains tax, that has arisen because of the farm-out, can only become due if and when the farm-out is actually completed. but there, like you say, this is Tanzania : )

yes RoJo, we've been having to water the veggie garden, every night for the past week or so, yes need some rain now.

news soon I think re; farm-out completion, because they need to start drilling plus do seismic, so they can then negotiate Gas Terms/Development etc. lots to do, when they only have 11 months left of the new licence. lol
