What’s the point of having a distribution centre if you can’t house all the ranges? Does t make economic sense at all. I still firmly believe this is the right move. Telling customers they can’t get the style within the U.S is in a worsening condition.

Atleast BOD have realised quickly that U.S is not making a difference in supplying online from the U.S. but better to transit from U.K

Alternatively as another option they are using the bricks n mortar option via reputable brands. This is clearly great news.

I agree if the connections via Nordstrom and the likes won’t happen then yes… we are not in a good position.

To me they realised they don’t need to re-invent the wheel in U.S….. explore and use existing infrastructure and build relationships with partners that are already established on the ground. This could provide better opportunities and cost savings and with data input from the partner .
