In all fairness .....i assume you mean PG, you do know he has 46,000,000 shares? Even at todays bid price of 10p that's 4.6 million... i really don't think Pg is overly worried about his pennies.
I do understand your frustration though, as Sefton always points out....communication is not really up to speed with PRD...always your choice to hit the buy/sell button though.

Further to the Company's announcement released on 17 March 2022 (the "Placing Announcement") that it has conditionally placed 11,500,000  new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a placing price of 9 pence each (the "Placing Price") to raise £1.035 million before expenses (the "Placing"), it is now expected that the Second Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Second Tranche Shares are expected to commence at 8.00am on 1 April 2022.
Today is Thursday 31st March.
Tomorrow is 1st April...

Doesn't matter anyway, just a few more shares to filter through......couldn't have happened at a better time, lots of people getting their isas sorted in next few days....chaos will ensue :)

Hiya freethinker, lot of good very valid points in your posts....not picking holes, but Rns today shows second tranche of shares start trading tomorrow ...

Ummm...i have been in with (to me) a considerable holding since 3.8p...and yes i can prove it.anyone wants it just ask......also know that nicodemus has a lot more than me, i wont say how many as that is his to disclose (with his daughters and wife) he's also been in since the 3's. May have been earlier ?

Updates re mou1 testing, mou5, mou4 drilling.......yes we could do with an update, sdx will have drill until late may (planned) so no way are we drilling in may as per Prd latest timescale.(you reading this Lonny?).

Hiya stiffy, if Bp are going to use it, they wont be messing about with small amounts of co2, seems a good way for Ceg to just purchase small amounts needed for their operation, shipping the co2 doesnt cost that much when the ship is going there anyway(picking up oil) also in reply to another poster, Ceg are apparently fixing the roads access, and electricity supplies.

Afternoon everyone.
Just my take on present situations.
Mou4, 5 to be drilled same time as testing mou1 to save money, no funding at present for mou4/5....so no drilling in next few weeks.
Co2 eor in T&t....contracts still being sought out? Ceg say they will be using co2 eor, could they be getting co2 off one of the majors(cant remember which but was in one of the t&t oil papers recently posted) who are going to be using it? (Shipped in as no access to T&t co2 as we have exclusivity)
Haven't a clue with Ireland...
Next 2/3 weeks going to fun sp wise......recent placing so lots of shares will be floating about going for their inevitable 10% ......also start of new tax year with people shifting money to isas ...

Hiya Agd62....luckily was not on duty that day, ex wife was heavily pregnant with our daughter and honestly thought that she would go into labour or worse that night.....and yes i did get it wrong, was Sunday not yesterday....i lost yesterday somehow,...my mate who died on there (i knew 6) his father used to travel across to Zb with us every anniversary....never got over it.Was on the Spirit of free enterprise at time, was horrendous in weeks after....lots of passengers got a few "smacks" through snide comments...i travel a lot to Belgium and rest of western europe....or did before all this covid....anyhow enough of clogging up board...

Quick glance through Novum report gives this.
5mmcfgpd gives 8.1p per share
10mmcfgpd gives 17.9p per share
25mmcfgpd gives 49.7p per share (economies of scale)
At current 294 million shares
But they doubt that Mou1 on its own (rigless testing) would support the criteria for a commercial development( page 6)
But on page 8 they say that should mou1 provide commercial quantities of gas, it is feasible that it could provide sufficient gas for a pilot cng project.
Prd say we need 2 wells for sufficient supply of gas....
Just trying to make sense of all this.....along with Methodology's amazing presentation last night......time to burn the midnight oil i think....

Did actually cross my mind that testing may already be in progress/done.....ah well....should find out q2/q3 whenever.......going to be chaos in next few weeks anyway, new tax year with people moving pennies around to isas, Ramadam at roughly the same time as mentioned by a poster on here a few weeks ago....and obviously the Ukraine/Russia conflict.....and in midst of all this we are still waiting on any news :(

At moment am in two minds about what PG is doing, think he may be going "all in" on testing Mou 1 and then the JV have to buy in at ridiculous price.....problem being, if testing doesn't come up to expectations( which at moment are at very low 2-5mmcfbd) then Sp falls through floor....then we have to go down the ridiculous placing price fund raise....no "news" since January only a few cryptic tweets from one company man, and one other person we know nothing about....still awaiting news on T&t, still waiting on webinar(as soon as possible early in 2022) nothing about the other "project" which was mentioned in last fund raise?Yes i am very aware of Ukraine/Russia and very real threat of escalation, but above points about Prd have been on my mind for weeks before the conflict.
