If the resolutions pass with a huge majority, it sends a clear message to Anderson and the board that shareholders want them out.

In an ideal world, optibiotix votes would be not impact the outcome as enough other shareholders would have voted in favour.

I'm pretty sure the pbx board read the BBs and they must be fully aware at the outrage on how these shares have been issued to Andersons buddy.

I agree 100%. He could have easily come out and said "we raised the funds because of x, y and z. We told you last month that we didn't need funds because we were lying and I wanted my mate on board at a knock down price. I also decided to max out the Authority to issue shares to my mate cos I could. "

Get them out. Use your vote as Anderson and this "independent " board can't be trusted.

I have read the comments from Seneca too and the contrast with how they state their dissatisfaction with what's happened at PBX and how the PBX board wrote their statement, in a completely classless fashion, is night and day.

Vote for the resolutions.

In which case I can't see any way the pbx board can win this vote. Even with all the new shares issued.

Can anyone answer... to win the vote, does Seneca need more than 50% of all shares or just more than 50% of the total votes cast?

Whichever way you look at it, the bottom line is they shafted existing shareholders in favour of giving Steen Andersons mate a huge chunk of the company at a very low price.

Is there any reason all the comms that have been released in the last couple of months were not done for similar news last year and earlier this year??

Ironic that the pbx statement effectively mocks the latest revenue figures from opti while forgetting most of the current pbx revenue is still coming from Seed which was all signed and delivered by SOH.

Zero integrity and smells of desperation from the pbx board.

Optibiotix have confirmed they will be voting with Seneca.

With OptiBiotix (with SOH and family) and Seneca holding over 45%, it won't take too many more PI votes to get Anderson out. No idea how many TW holds but there are plenty of holders of the Specie shares not happy of how Anderson has handled thus.

Agreed, but what is more costly... The initial cost of getting rid of a CEO who has no regard for existing shareholders and issues millions of shares to his mate on the cheap or him staying and doing a lot more damage in the future??

He has already shown his true colours and with the extra board appointment and shares held by his friend, what's stopping them passing further resolutions at next years agm to alot more shares and board appointments. Eventually taking the company private maybe the end game at a very very cheap price.
