We must understand that we have a competent, new CFO - Neil Reynolds onboard. Along with Ollie, Neil will sort out the company's finance and communication bit. Leon, with an engineering background, never had the skill to do this. Don't get me wrong here, Leon is a very competent CEO and he has developed a very good strategy for JLP going forward. He just needs the new team to help with the communications.

With quarterly reporting and hopefully a reverse split, once the warrants have been completed, we can look forward to a very nice |SP gain.

Charles, I entered 2 questions for the annual report presentation:

1: Are you considering a reverse split shortly?

2: Quarterly reporting, is this on the agenda?

Neal Reynolds replied to me in an email on Monday 23/10

1: I understand your concern about the number of outstanding shares and the suggestion for a 100/1 reverse split.

Please be assured that we continually evaluate our capital structure and assess all possibilities that align with the best interests of our shareholders and the company's long-term goals.

2: The maturity of our business calls for a quarterly reporting structure and this will be implemented during the 23/24 fiscal year.

Shush Dorfan, don't let them know we can buy cheap as chips at this level. Keep Leon silent for another 6 months and I can increase my stockpile with another 1m shares :-)

Thanks #JLP for the clarification. I really enjoy this group, and I learnt early to filter out some specific elements.

I suggest you guys just filter them out and/or report them. Every user that keeps responding just feeds their sick behaviour.

As you said SeisNav, this little baby has grown by its own means slowly but steadily and moving into a multi-commodity business. I've been in and out for the last 10 years, but since 2021, I have invested a lot in JLP. Yes, Leon and the BoD don't communicate much but are building a solid empire. They will let the numbers talk and when the "green" people understand what they do when cleaning up all the trailing - they want all the miners to adopt this technology.

In this volatile world, when the future of GKP is, should I say very insecure. I would like to introduce a true gem - (JOY)
