Cobre brings in very little really ..My property business brings in more rent which is why I do not really value Cobre . I am not here for Cobre its Copper and tin and Tungsten.

If I bought before or after the listing at 2.2p and it was a considered purchase like all investments..why would I not buy more now..
The whole investment case has got better,,, Good assays another drill rig... more money to put in the ground...

But whatever anybody decides its fine by me...do I agree its good to sell now.... Sadly I think sellers need counselling at this price.

Morning Legal...Re if you feel the JV Kanye namely Ditau and the KCB is where its at ... Take part in the IPO and
take a position in Kanye.... , or POW or KAV... or even better all 3 for an each way bet....

I think the IPO is good for KAV... It will allow the project to stand on its own 2 feet and take the expense burden away from Kav to allow then to concentrate on their other tenements.

The KSZ is where the money is for me.... Concentrating on that is the way forward...

I think all will become clearer in the next 6 months...

I think Botswana is the place to be .... and I plan to invest in Kanye as well as KAV and POW....

My thoughts is the IPO farm out will be good for Kav..

If Kav had more cash ... substantially more then I would say... maybe not.

700k more shares sold than bought and a £15m company value drops 8%.

A Debt owing and claim for $21m dollars that may at some point be part paid.... 5..10...20% who knows.

Leigh Creek Copper mine....large tenement ...multiple targets, 100% owned.

Aim to raise finance circa $ 10 ozzy Dollars start production using contractors with a payback in 2/3 years.

Hurdles ...getting finance..... Copper.... a positive..... PEPR ..conditions...$3.7 ozzy dollars Enviro deposit.

Figures stack up.... exploration around historic 40 yr old drill hole that encountered sulphides @ 110m

400m drill could be a game changer.

Off take station 70 miles away for the lime copper ...

Taken a while to get to grips with the task but mine manager employed and all being well a 2nd income if the hurdles can be over come...

Aim to list on ASX .......When producing...

Redmoor..... Tungsten .... World class deposit open at depth

Tin and copper a possibility

ESG and mining in the uk a positive......
Further drills required to increase resource...

Capex high but figures starting to get better.

Mining around Cornwall getting good press and good investment.

JV a possibility...

Funds needed , minor soil samples have been taken as part of a regional investment project ..good for SML

Conclusion.... thoughts, truths....

SML have a circa £9m market cap....

The 2 x 100% owned projects are not fully priced in to that..

A lot of work has gone into confirming the Redmoor Jorc via drilling etc...
The word is out that Redmoor is available for some type of deal...sale...JV ... etc...
The company does not want to give this way...could be the jewel in the crown.

LCCM has not started well...3 yrs with little to show for it...but the saving grace Copper has increased in price to make the figures better......

Sentiment from investors is poor... The communication is lacking... not much in the bank... been failed promises

A lot of investors have sold or bottom drawed their investments at a considerable loss.

The share price has dived to a near all time low...

The chat board is squabbling.... Some positive many negative and fed up....

The BOD have been taking wages and bonus payments and not delivered....

Many want a board shake up... New blood that can deliver not life style leaches....

My take......

SML really does have potential

Even with increase mining costs ,PEPR deposit and other conditions LCCM stacks up..

The bod have proved they can run Cobre profitably ....

2nd income stream from LCCM will be a game changer....

The ASX listing will self fund LCCM...

Redmoor at some point could be incredible...

Not going to happen over night....

Progress would be finance confirmation....

Steady positive news flow is needed....
