Eligibility on your POW holding ..So if you have say 1m POW shares.. you can buy the equivalent in IPO... as an example..
The interest will be mega ..the idea radical and we can all hang onto PJ and Bell's shirt tails ...

Paul Johnson and associated companies and spouse and family have only managed to create a holding of 74.5m shares
through cheap warrants..yes its admirable and yes its good he cashed warrants and reinvest the money but the fact is in some cases he has been getting 10 shares for the price of 1...

Now the only way to make this work is to let POW holders take part in an ipo listing with warrants..to level the playing field..

Yes it is radical but will be the best for POW in the long run..Each POW investor will remain invested..working together like ants working together pulling POW to the top of the hill ...with the MAJORS... carrying each other..

PJ and no Doubt Bell and maybe if Kanye takes the IPO route Ben Turney will take part in the listings and buy shares and with cheap warrants I expect.

POW holders should be given the same terms as the above... IF PJ can do it we should be able to.. Period.

The KCB will be drilled before an ipo.. So there will not be dilution for Kav holders before we find out what the truth machine delivers results.. So Kanye is the vehicle 50/50 with POW but there are options.

I really like that cos,,if Happy place and Murula hit... We could sell Kanye ..JV kanye etc... without dilution...
