If they where taking salary and all the money was draining away with administrative costs I would agree.
When you have bought a stock and it turns out soured with dilution huge administrative costs and consolidation then repeated because it’s really a Bods lifestyle stock you might change your mind.

PG&E has delayed it, it would be signed and Eqtec would have money an started project if it wasn't for them.

Why is it Ian's fault California had forest fires which was to do partly with PG & E.

PG&E are the only reason the bond money is wavered because they need the PPA signed off.

No reason the PPA can't be signed off anytime it's just PG&E being crap.

Each contract takes time to process.

Everybody blaming Ian is just being blinkered to pass the blame on him.

If any of you care to do research your find PG&E have been notoriously awkward to deal with like most huge companies .

They are under California law obligated to use energy efficient sources of electricity even if they cost more to buy from.

California can not let PG&E collapse due to its massive work force for one and it's energy carbon footprint being at risk if it does.

Play the blame game if it makes you feel better but Ian doesn't control how the contracts are paid for or run by governments or councils.

I imagine the process has been someway before when it didn't complete for another company in time.
If this is starting down the same route then it will need a minimum of $20m to acquire tag and gt.
Plus if pushing for story sceneplay then however much that will cost to start up.

Hopefully whatever is happening behind closed doors they are using Ann Greenbergs contacts as possible new shareholders and looking at finance options in America where Ann is more recognised and AI is bigger.

The Board of PCGE are pleased to announce that the proposed acquisition of VOX Markets Ltd ("VOX") and Align Research Ltd ("Align") by PCGE, previously announced on 21st March 2019 is progressing well.

The new group will be listed on the NEX Exchange and we have signed a heads of agreement on the proposed terms. It is likely that the proposed transaction will constitute a reverse merger under the NEX rules and the final proposal will be the subject of an EGM and approval by PCGE's shareholders.

Further updates including the proposed EGM date will be announced in the near future.

One positive can be pulled from today enlightenment.

Ebioss will get less of everything from Eqtec but will still need Eqtec to do Biomass projects meaning payment from any Ebioss contracts will be better.
Only positive I've got until North Fork gets the bond money.

Other positive is North Forks 6 month bond process is up

I said the other day Ebioss needed money to cover the work and offices in Greece.

And anyone expecting a down payment from North Fork will have to wait.
The $14m bond was only cleared in December last year and would take roughly 6 months to do.

It's close but may not be ready at the moment.

Doesn't deal in NEX.

Corporate Update

Delisting from AIM

Under AIM Rule 1 the Company's shares will cease to be traded on AIM as the Company has failed to appoint a replacement NOMAD. The Company's shares will continue to be traded on the NEX Exchange and trading will recommence on Monday 1st July.

Appointment of NEX Exchange Corporate Adviser

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of First Sentinel Corporate Finance Limited as NEX Corporate Adviser with immediate effect.

Potential Acquisition

The Company is in continuing discussions regarding potential acquisitions. Further announcements will be made in due course when information is available.
