Does anyone think the FED and BOE decision to hold rates has affected the markets today?

All my US shares have started well done today, so is just filtering through to UK share I think.🤔

I love the last sentence- fuelling homeland defence.

But to defend the shorts have to sell so opening there risk up to a new RNS.

I do fear that with no RNS who ever is pushing the SP down will continue.

If this continues, there won’t be a SP to worry about. It must have destroyed any confidence new investors would have when the SP moves, as I fear most will just sell on small profits and we won’t see a rise like we did. IMO totally manipulated..

Looks like a combined SP attack today, as lots of hydrogen stocks are been hit really hard.

Hi all, new question for my learning brain, is there any connection between the MSCI funds and the shorts? The reason I ask is that since they brought there 20m+ shares the SP has been forced down from 194 to175 which a calculated to be a big chuck of losses?

Yes I agree, I just mentioned on the other thread. that I wouldn’t be surprised there is a largeIT buy at the end of the day at these sorts of levels.

Wouldn’t surprise me if there is a large UT buy at these levels after close, really are manipulating it today.

Ceres and ITM have nearly identical drop profiles, I reckon the shorts have lunch( probably just share a meal deal with there current desperate position) then start the drive down of the SP. See what the US market brings. 😁

There is a pattern, with this SP over the last few week. There seems to be a drive down of the SP around 1.30pm till around 2.30pm then seems to raise. ( sorry sent last one before I was finished)

So do we think the lack of SP rise is down to short pressure or maybe the market taking time to understand the RNS?
