The patent has lapsed. We only have the orphan drug, 7 year exclusivity. Still worth the investing but we need not to confuse potential investors snd be transparent. Applying for new patent is not possible and this is what I don't like about TB. He has something good but he is turning it into a scam.

From a funding investor point of view for Phase 2. If the CEO is not keen to see the benefit of GaM, why would someone fund such a project. TB needs to step down, full stop. I would think the Wisconsin team is also disappointed. TB, please retire and let someone that wants to make a difference have a go.

I would think the Wisconsin Medical team is missed off with TB for dumping the stock and not give much support. TB needs to repent and support Phase 2 with some of his own money, then the whole the arrangement makes sense. Right now, TB is like a parasite, actually that's putting it nicely, a parasite dows not kill its host.

That's the part that is confusing. If TB and family, made millions, why don't they invest back to fund phase 2? From the video that I saw, it seems like the Dr Connelly and team, are turning to donors foundation for money.

I don't think the provisional patent will hold as GaM original patent has lapsed. Ask any patent attorney and they will tell you that there is no novelty in their application. So it looks really strange or stupid what TB team is doing.
