What happened to the PHE Newsletters? Several came out in 2022 and 2023. I have not seen one this year. Are they so busy, or not too keen to show us anything?

We have no plans to delist from the LSE. We want to get the best market valuation for our shareholders. There is interest out of Australia at present and it needs to be considred.

Q. The ASX listing being mentioned, is this a dual listing? I have experience of a holding a company that delisted to join ASX (Strata Inv), it wasn't good. Shares cannot be traded in most UK ISA accounts. They have not performed any better after the move. This is critical for me.

Is it me or is this forum a detailed running commentary of WW1 Battle of the Somme? Hope it doesn't last as long, or I will be off here. Also will be out if PHE doesn't have a fair percentage rise with RNS on opening of Technical Centre, then needs to be 4p (hopefully above) by second quarter next year. I am patient but if the share price holds these lows as orders come in, it's not going anywhere. I will leave it to the big beasts.

I agree, always will be a minnow in the waste collection industry. Too slow to market with any solutions, but still can be a profitable business. 10p in a couple of years with a functioning, saleable product is the dream. Bankrupt and bought out the other side, risk? reward? as always.

I don't know how these options are going to work. Are they "given" as some seem to think, or they a buy option at 1.1p? Most options, if you buy in the maximum, for say for example Paul Emmitt £100000 a year each year for 5 years, he is still showing commitment. He is hoping for a big increase in share price, but with security of having his money returned if the price drops below 1p. To even consider this scheme BOD must have some faith things are going to happen. Makes me want to hold a little longer now.

I would like clarification on 6 horse challenge too please. I thought it was a pool of £5000 which was split between all the winners. You may have been the only winner and they reduced your payout for some obscure reason. It's a good free bet especially if £5000 is guaranteed. Still nothing on PHE worthy talk about, sorry.

Contracts will be the issue here. Councils have signed up to long term contracts for waste disposal. This needs targeting at businesses that produce specific waste, so that it is then cheaper for them and beneficial for the environment. Currently combustion gases from the incinerators furnace are subject to a rigorous cleaning processes which involves spraying activated carbon and lime into the flue gasses to neutralise any pollutants.

Basically people and businesses want to do the right thing, but the cost/effort puts them off. Powerhouse can provide a solution if not altogether perfect.

I agree it will never be green, can you name one end to end process that is. Growing seeds and watering with rainwater. Walking in bare feet or in unbleached jute shoes. This is about getting rid of waste in an energy efficient way, ie. not shipping it off to other countries, or letting it rot in landfill.
