Could Howard possibly be working on a JV to propel MSMN to the next level? A JV could provide a cash injection and allay fears another placing in the near future.

IMHO, 2 suitable JV Partners would be Desert Eagle Operating or Four corners Helium. Either company would have something to offer in terms of their expertise.

Desert Eagle Operating https://deserteagleoperating.com would also be a good fit as they have drilling rigs and have the expertise in the handling and sale of Helium.

I guess the future direction for Mosman will be detailed in the imminent RNS. I just hope that it's worth waiting for, transformational, and will be well received by the Market. Tick, tock. 😎😊

Hopefully an RNS drops soon as the share price will keep drifting with all the uncertainty surrounding the Leadership Restructuring RNS a week ago.

Usual spiel from the Chairman citing shareholder value, which is comical as he doesn't hold a single registered share!!! Only 2 members of the BoD have skin in the game (issued shares) using their own money, Andy Carroll and Nigel Harvey. Howard bought a 10% WI in Sagebrush but does not have any issued shares so is not subject to SP fluctuations.

Clearly some shareholders have had enough with large sellers showing daily. Somebody sold 100M (2*50m) shares yesterday. Perhaps its Andy Carroll selling his options, LOL. He was awarded 195M options at the AGM 29Nov.

For all we know DED could have already started drilling at Treasure Hill. Communication from the BoD's hasn't been great lately, eg. drilling commenced at Garcia last week, spud date 24June, shareholders were not made aware of this until it was mentioned in the duster RNS 27June.

Now eight people on the payroll, with minimal cashflow to pay all the salaries. The only revenue we have is Sagebrush oil, and we haven't had an update on current production since March. Possibly more staff inbound, the RNS last week said "To support its growth strategy, Mosman is initiating a comprehensive corporate review to strengthen its management team. This review will focus on enhancing the Company's operational presence in the United States, where its core projects are located."

WP - Not sure how you came up with Howard having 20% of the MCap. Extract RNS 30Dec "Mosman's US Operations Director, Howard McLaughlin has separately agreed to acquire a 10% WI in the Sagebrush Project for a consideration of $70,000 (representing the same proportionate cost as Mosman)."

Agree that the current MCap £5.5M is mad. Hopefully the outlook is brighter next week after getting an update on SB & CW. A drilling plan for SB would be welcome news and if we got the CW maiden resource estimate that would be a bonus.

An update on our other USA assets in Texas (Cinnabar & Arkoma) is long overdue.
