At the end of the day you cannot force a company under a JOA if they are in dispute. and you have to give 90 or 180 days notice of intentions so eme knew this or was done without it.. this could be a long process if no one backs down

The think that is intriguing is conrad are skint they will run out of cash next month so how and if would they settle with eme plus they have no cash too defend any action Eme takes.. maybe that why they sold on the cheap.. I don't how much it is too take or defend any court which is likely.. More to come from this defo not over for sure

This has alongg way to go yet they have set a date for quarter 3 2026 or sooner to tie this deal up as they need clearance ect. plus according to rns still haven't settled the coro issue yet either talk about bullying

problem is we don't know who buyer is also think conrad are taking liberties. coro sold the 15 percent as they had already paid 12 million to costs and found it wasn't viable to continue as kept demanding money.. so made a deal to relinquish all costs going for in return for a paltry amount plus share in conrad when gas flows but conrad have still not settled with long stop from april now 31st december.. so conrad demanding from eme is no surprise really it's the manner they have went about it so to me trying to kill 2 birds with one stone.... get cash from eme to pay coro 15 percent plus 8.5 of eme and **** both over at the same time.. fraud or not

5 months ago coro shareholders agreed to the sale nothing done as of yet why? because there short and coro now has no liability for any money towards mako they sold for 100 thousand plus shares when gas eventually flows can't even pay 100bgrand work it out for yourselves
