The Update is on my desk waiting for other parties to approve it.I can assure you that those behind the transaction share the frustration of shareholders at the delays - the update will explain the reason for them.I can assure you that continuance of our relatively modest earnings have not been a motive to stretch out the invoice at any stage. Well I have just emailed Peter jay and told him in no certain manners what I think of keep getting fobbed up with excuse after excuse and is the company just using up all available funds for the boards benefit will we wait and wait and wait the last time he emailed me he said beginning of October well nearly half way through just not good enough too keep us in the dark I know they cannot RNS but there surely are otheways to keep us in the loop here's hoping

This share is a fcukin joke more confetti iam down 90 odd percent since last year where is the value for shareholders while the board just draw wages and don't give a flying monkey's for long suffering shareholders think will gift my shares to charity and write them off as this will never get back to where it was .when I bought in September.

I thought the long stop date was the 27th of May according yo the letter to shareholders dated 20th of April yet we have not heard anything regarding this anyone heard anything ??

Was thinking of buying in tomorrow. one question for anyone how was nearly 820 million shares changed hand when there is only 420 mil in issue .? Does anyone have any ideas
