I actually counted 23 mentions of COBALT in main body of the RNS. Without doubt that is a material change compared to previous RNSs.

From listening the interview, am I correct that;

Northern Refinery 15,000t target 14 mths (i.e. before y/e 2022).

FIRST LIGHT Jubilee Metals (JLP) – Corporate – Increased ownership in Zambian copper-cobalt projects and £30m placing Market Cap £375m Share Price 16.7p (last close) Jubilee today announces a Placing to raise £30m, by way of a conditional placing of new ordinary shares at an issue price of 16.03p/sh. The Placing Shares are approximately 7.7 % of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital. Use of proceeds will be to increase ownership in Jubilee’s Zambian Tailings projects. In the Southern Refining Strategy (RNS 24.8.21) Jubilee will increase its ownership in its Roan Tailings project, which supplies the Sable refinery, to 100%. In the Northern Refining Strategy (around the Leopard refinery) Jubilee increases its ownership in Project Elephant to 81% and at Mufulira to 97%. The cost of these three transactions is $24.8m (£17.8m). The remaining funds will be used 1) to expand the Sable Refinery so that it can study the potential to treat copper sulphide products from Roan and also to expand the cobalt circuit and; 2) to accelerate progress at Project Lechwe and Project Elephant.

WHI View: Today’s raise is a testament to support for Jubilee’s copper strategy in Zambia and once again showcases Jubilee’s keen eye for value enhancing deals. The increase in ownership in the Tailings projects to produce the raw material for the Sable and Leopard refineries will allow Jubilee to benefit more from the profits generated and also to make choices on development speed and product output to closely match the requirements of the Integrated refineries. Today consolidates Jubilee’s position in Zambia and brings forward the day when Jubilee plans to be producing over 30kt/yr of copper cathode.

Looking at your 265t prediction for Q3, that would mean 121.3t for September which would make 487.6t ytd.

If achieved this would mean 512.4t for Q4 to hit the 1,000t year's target (170.8t per month).

Is that realistic ?

Trying to get back up to speed here with possibility of adding in the short term.

Yes I agree, debate is good.

Yesterdays debate showed that there does appear to be a gulf of difference as regards Q3 expectations.

As we are only 17 days away from the end of the quarter perhaps you would like to share your thoughts on;

Revenue expectations for Q3 2021. Are you expecting QtoQ growth for Q2 to Q3 or not?
Net profit/loss expectations for H1 2021. Are you expecting a Net Profit or expecting a Net Loss for half year to 30th Sept 2021?
Obviously an explanation of your expectations would be better still.

There are two genuine questions that should promote healthy debate and hopefully allow the forum to return to CHLL related issues.

As a genuine shareholder here, I was wondering if you still think the sp will be £2.50 to £3.00 by Xmas? If so, perhaps you would be kind enough to support your view with the reason why. Any calculations to back this up would be equally welcome.

I fully understand Xmas is three to four months away so perhaps you would be kind enough to also share your thoughts on your Q3 21 gross revenue and H1 21 Gross Profit/Loss Figures.

Looking forward to a civilised debate once you have updated your thoughts.

Correct. You cannot tfr from share dealing acct to ISA. You would need to sell assets in share dealing acct and then buy back within ISA. If both accounts are held with same provider this can be done via “bed and ISA” which may be able to be done at a lower charge and smaller “spread”. If held with different providers it would be a sale, same proceeded to ISA provider and then buy assets within that ISA. You would need to check with your ISA provider which assets that allow within their ISA as not all providers allow individual shares to be held.

Bearing in mind today's RNS, have you an opinion as regards how many shares are likely to be issued for the equity component and thus how many shares in total will be is issue along with how that will affect the Mcap at sat 10p 15p 20p ?

That means that you have £17,000 unused allowance. But you then have a large share dealing account which obviously does not carry the same tax efficiency as your S&S ISA. You cannot used this £17k with a different S&S ISA as you are only allowed one per tax year. However, you could add £17k to your existing £3k to fully utilise your ISA allowance.

You will probably find that your financial adviser will not be able to provide advice regarding individual shares (especially AIM quoted shares). However, it would generally be deemed good practice and tax efficient to shelter high growth potential shares within your ISA allowance (and maximise your allowance (also consider using wife's allowance if appropriate) each tax year) in the first instance to protect from a potential large capital gains tax bill.

I hope this explanation helps you but please note that this is NOT investment advice and as always please do your own research.

As regards your ISA etc...

You are allowed one stocks ansd shares ISA per tax year (6th April to 5th April). You are allowed to invest a total of £20,000 per tax year into a ISA (wife would also has her own separate ISA allowance). It sounds like you have a monthly savings S&S ISA for £250 pm? As soon as you pay your first monthly amount into this on of after 6th April then this triggers you opening your S&S ISA for that new tax year. The issue seems to be that you are only using £3,000 (£250pm) of your £20,000 ISA allowance each tax year.
