I contacted Mr Dumbrell last week requesting an update on the outcome of the second Seed capital raise but as per usual, no reply.

Ref; Emperor Energy September 2025 Quarterly Activities Report Dated 31st October 2025. Mr Dumbrell is a director of said company

States - Gold Mining Lease 100% owned by Emperor Energy.

I invested in the first Seed Capital Raise May 2024.

Herencia then came back in 2025 for a further Seed Capital Raise.

I have contacted Mr Dumbrell twice over the last 2 weeks for an update but have had no reply.

Something is surely amiss

Question. - On the Capital Raise August 2025 it stated the following.

Herencia - Increase our ownership to 100% of the Great Caesar Gold Mining Leases in North Queensland, Australia;

On the Emporer Energy website.

It stated they own 100% of the Great Caesar Gold Mining Lease.

Who is correct. ???

Yes, in my haste believed payment of the outstanding sheckles had been completed

8 Minutes ago - 📍🇿🇲 All conditions for the acquisition of Leopard Exploration & Mining Ltd and the Kabwe Zinc Mine (Zambia) have now been satisfied.

Am i correct in saying that Herencia have been unable to raise the £400K.

Re; The Seed Capital Raise of £400K has re-commenced today the 5th August.

Kabwe Acquisition Approved – Regulatory green light marks a major milestone, allowing final share transfers and cash settlement to be completed by month-end.

Emperor Energy completed the acquisition of Great Caesar Gold Mining Leases on the 23rd August.

AGM 20th September.

Consolidation of existing shares

THAT, with effect from 6.00 p.m. on xx September 2024 (or such other time and date as the Directors

may determine) (the “Record Date”), every 1000 existing Deferred shares of £0.0009 each in nominal

value in issue as at the Record Date (the “Existing Deferred Shares”) in the capital of the Company,

be consolidated into one new consolidated Deferred share of £0.9 each in nominal value (the “New

Consolidated Deferred Shares”) having the same rights and ranking pari passu in all respects with

the Existing Deferred Shares, provided that where such consolidation results in any member being - Next page basically states that consolidation of any shares resulting in £5.0 or less will be retained by Herencia.

According to the Shuka Minerals website Edenville are still operating the coal mine and secondly the 10,000 tonnes guff has been taken out of the write up.

The 50/50 partnership i believe will go ahead because one of the directors of Herencia is also a director of Emperor Energy. Anyway as always with Herencia we continue live on the edge.

Re; Herencia Website - There could be life in the old dog yet.

Re; Shuka Minerals Twitter - Today our Mr Brewer is in Tanzania, could be something is afoot. At least the guy seems to be very proactive on beating the drum for Shuka minerals.
