These are tumultuous times. At ii, we’re doing our utmost to provide you with the best possible investment service, while at the same time adhering closely to Government guidance in order to ensure the welfare of our staff.
Yesterday, the Government advised that those who can work from home should do so. Therefore, from today, ii is adopting this policy and the vast majority of the ii team will be working from home for an undefined period.
We are very fortunate that we have built a digital platform that enables most of what we do to remain ‘business as usual’. Notwithstanding, this unprecedented step will mean that some services, especially paper transactions, may take a little longer. So, we ask for your patience; and if you have the choice between paper, phone and digital, we would be grateful if you would choose digital.
