You don’t know how many placing shares were sold in last Thursdays rise if any at all. It was a perfect primed opportunity.

As rule goes once. a placing price is established then shares trade under this as the market sets the price. However if you have other news to justify placing and progress this just becomes academically part of the company growth and progression. Pain I know but that’s why they are on the stock exchange to raise funds etc.

I think we just all waiting know to the nuggets to drop in from BODs to elevate the SP and justify the future Mcap.

Just remember this Directors don’t need to BUY shares they can simply award themselves shares ever year. Most doggy aim CEOs do that. Please look at RRR/UKOG/XTR etc.

What is a good however bother Coil Ltd and Mk Ltd have applied ti shorten their account periods to both end on 31/12/25.

So both companies VAT periods will align with the Tax year and finish in 1 Q1 2026 31/03/25.

It’s normally for good house keeping and avoiding overlapping periods be that VAT quarter or HMRC tax year.
