If all MiCA applications have to be in by 31/12/25 ans on 31/12/25 . Are BOL suggesting/implying that applicants will get a decision on the applications before midnight 31/12/25.

Surely there would be a cut off time for applications before 31/12/25 to give required notice.

Can you really expect a applcation deadline of 31/12/25 to also be the day of cessation of activities?

If I was to sell sum shares now at about £100k lose plus capital. This should reduce CGT by the same amount for 2025/26.

So it not a loss but a small gain. Your making me money already!
