Pumpky for me its going to be eqivalent to 7.4m shares (in my isa and wifes isa)

How the ratio gets split will be upto final valuation minus comonay expenses and CGT for us investors as they will be treated as div stock maybe.

Bake was paid for in cash (reveune ) placing used for integration so Bake asset was paid for not by placing as this money is tax free and can be carried over so to speak. All reveunes would be used for asset purchases to reduce CT.
