Sement was sold for 1.7m plus goodwill for 66% (if it comes to light). Now goodwill has been erroded by ex owners. So yes we may get our money back plus a the slice of Sement if all of it for free depending and the agreements & T&C's in the original sale.

The questions is what of the $300k in operational costs. Will this come from ex owners own pocket. Or is this over leverage to get the whole 100% of Sement for $200k. Leaving $100k we had to spend for operational costs and can be put down to goodwill of $100k. Making up the origainal purchase price for Sement 66% of $1.8m.
