ITS 50/50 but it is most likely there could be alot of money to be made after delisting. it all depends on the reason acer will give to share holders ,ie we are skint down the pan or we need to do this to fight off t/o, we might merge, we are selling off certain parts. just done dummy sell it is now 5.25 fell by .01 but sp has gone up, why you ask has dummy sell price down, this due to the spread increasing to 15%. So you get less sp

dummy sell is what it says. when you pretend to sell but cancel your trade. This gives the actual price you will per share and is the most uptodate as other prices quoted are 15mins delayed
