If said well went a head it would need to be drilled now (within 4 weeks) to maximise so called farm in deal and any options. This will get as far as the permits.

I would be very suprised if well gets started as $800k is far to expensive. Theres only one winner thats the driller!

If not the above its a opportunistic more whilst new brooker is willing to raise funds. If so expect these shares to be before or sold after placing at a nice premium. Someone has to sell to buy and it dosent look like present shareholders are selling as they are in to deep and need a 600% rise to sell in some cases. So somehow to create interest you get a greedy brooker shacking a tree one way or another.

On the otherhand this new money could pay for 5 wells to be drilled and CEO can't wait for farm in partners (or theres no interest at the moment) . He needs to strike now and develop lease and get the money in. Average well at 250bopd we would pay back quick. Oil price is only going to go down.
