There’s nothing to new to see here until we get by a concrete RNS showing direction and confidence in road map. We have ideas that need funding. SP dropped as it’s getting dragged down as market doesn’t like what it’s been told (even lack of news kills sp) . Price dropping due to placing arriving in background or small one off loading. When you have a 28% spread you can bet something brewing.

It’s a glorified secured loan with interest. So it still sits on our balance sheet as a debt not an asset.

Being so called cash flow positive we should even need it. As by the time we get on to next well or any sort of drilling program we should have a enough to cover costs. We should
Have $1.5m in the tank so far. And WAFD again doesn’t do anything for our SP as it’s a debt. Since WAFD narrative was posted we fell 15%.

This weeks "narrative" is WAFD. Which has no impact on a companys share price what so ever. If we didn't have it I would be even more concerned.

Never mind an update on oil producrtion, new production, any signs of a sustained multiwell development schedule for 2021.

We all know what assets we have fixed or cash. Share holders can work out bopd x oil price.

Simple truth is we need News not the the Narrative. Poor PR, with a potential of 230bopd looming we are going to miss the boat.

NTOG will have to issue shares at some point simples. We have at least 300milion shares to play with until we hit the magic Billion share issue. The way the spread is at the monet and the sp is being dragged down. We are readying for a placing as broker would have told CEO theres no interest above .5. Hence why we are not moving north. Last placing now looks expensive with average hold of 4 months.

With cash in hand, 100bopd approx someone doesn't like something or we just are not attracting anyone. Theres better oilies out there with 10 to 20 times our production who are struggling with real assets worth far more than ours.

No news is a killer.
