Ask yourself this 58m shares give as consideration for Sement final payment in November 2024 @ 1.2p(now they must have sold in Jan 25 fpr big profit.

If you had to pay the money back for 58m @ 1.2p you would have to buy 3 x 58m today approx.

I cant see us just getting 58m shares back. I'm still debating this in my head
