It clearly states by the end of month. So news could be any time.

Apply online.

Application assessment. (2-3 weeks)

Panel review. (8-12 weeks)

Issue sandbox tool. (if restricted authorisation 6-12 months)

Testing. (maximum 6 months)

Exit the sandbox.

So we go to testing and it really depends on what we are asking and seeking from the FCA in regulatory backing/help for the test period. We don't need to take the full 6 months to test its up to 6 months. Now having a case worker appointed by the FCA you shouldn't and can't go wrong with your concept at the latter stages otherwise the caseworker is a waste of time and pointless.

Question is how shorthly after................?

He only holds 51m and that would have been sold in hours not days. So me thinks expect another TR1 inbound from someone(s) else.

At one point today I done a dummy sell at around 1445hrs and got quoted 1.366 for 2.3m shares when the buys were lower.

Go figure that out was it maybe the quantity that was required. As for said sellar thats around I would be suprised if buys are being masked as sells. Otherwise this sp is flying.

I’ve already and another poster have alluded and suggested the time line and process for the RNS issued on application for Sandbox.

We had no know news and at the time I said they don’t need to issue RNS as it was information/process already in the public domain. It’s just good practice and PR do so so.

If it was bad news then its market sensor and has to told to investors.

More akin to managing expectations and we will tell you more YE.
