Go and read the licence restrictions for Easysend.

Compare easysend licence to Angra’s.

Now someone like yourself who is all knowings and now showing should have researched this before trying to use it as a constant battering ramp.

The Easysend deal was only if the FCA approval was granted and Easysends licence restrictions lifted to match Angra’s.

As is was not the case there was no need to complete coupled with the fact Bake deal got done sooner. Hence why Boni wasn’t done.

Easysend as stated is on the back burner as RNS stated.

May the 33.3 holders saw this as a BIG pay day. The 67% holders think differently

If awarded in 6 months then it will be Dec 25 . Yet another year of revenue for Sement.

Key is when these profits get repatriated to GST Uk account. So nothings changed.

If it is profit related then greed is the factor here. By which party , who knows.

However does look like the original sellers owners now throwing thier dummies out of their prams.

Sements YE 24 accounts show a big tick up. I mentioned yesterday, I hope our YE results do not align with Sements for CT reasons.
