I once emailed a company back in 2012 when they put 10% profit when it was actually 20%.

Within 2 hours correction RNS came out.

What I learnt from date onwards is that the CEO/Company never wrote the RNS’s red flag. 4 years down the line it was proven they never wrote RNS and paid someone to do it and even sex them up.

I said last week no buys in GST..................................Ive gone over my limit by 3.6m now Ii either have an option to sell 3.6m or top up 1.4m (with my Golden Goose funds). The OCD in me ony likes rounded numbers.

What do you advise?

Others sell GST to buy others shares and come back and use it as a their Golden Goose. Do you need a name(s).

Its actually the other way round thats easier as it would be set out in the contract before with pre determined goals. Terms like meet xyz target for customers, stage 1/2/3 progress, Phase1/2/3 development at certain times and dates.
