Look up a company called Acertech. Suspended 2012 I think took over by Stadco of Germany. Long story short I bought shed loads of shares in the day it hit 7p and dropped to half a penny Good day it was. Next morning it got suspended. Not that is the same case but it got took over basically. I made more money on and even I was susprised when I had 3 cheques of 5 years. The final cheque was more than the previous 2. Theres plenty of light in this tunnel.

As its an audit issue.
