BFD / A1. et all like said last two weeks they are both different types of breaches. Complete is the easiest to prove!!!! And the lesser of two evils.

Now we have agreed on it it’s about percentages.

I keep mention ing a remedy do specific performance which courts normally issue rather than a financial remedy as basically you being told to finish the job.

However one would normally put a specific performance clause into a contract in some form or other. 3 rd law school taught me that for a whole fecking year drafting contracts !!!!!!

BFD contract and consideration has been established on dates set out. We agree on that! So we can rule this out.

Now leaves the the "specific performance " breach. I'll go with Non Compete as you have mentioned it. However for me its "Non Complete" until changed in via RNS!!!

It is veryhard to quantify a non compete clause/event and to establish a remedy for it unless it states " if you go to competition or try set up on your own you will forfit your shares, bonuses, 13% onwnership etc. Non compete will be you have done what you said, your beind schedule etc you lose profit, shares etc.

Now considering we are going for more profit (not less) it's to do with performance. Any thing else would suggest the wife's hands are dirty.

They will only need to get control of another 13%. Wifey owns the remaining 20%.

There will In clauses for performance, compliance and restrictions in contract. Remedies to suit breaches.

However at the moment it looks and feels

Like a performance and employment issue. Could even be down to dates of ownership eg , did we own Semnet from Feb 23 or Nov 24. Which will establish when we take profits from.

Like Leew I have been watching it. SInce we have put in on Bake I feel more confident buying it.

Moomins not yet. I sold £300k RR Thursday which was the plan and I was going shopping this week. However GST was a gift on Thursday so managed to fill 2 kids ISA's and her indoors ISA (6.4m). Then RR done its merry dance again and LLOY. Held off and increased war chest. £10k will go in to Coal. Probit showing 77% up today. As you know this is the usual pattern.

BOD didn't have to do this. This gave alot of people a chance to jump out. However the opposite happened, more so the volume at this level was last seen back in Jan 25. Knowing perfectly well that investors money will be locked in for however long they still invested.

I have been saying it will be a nice Xmas, lets hope so!

As financial calanders go. It would make sense for suspension to end by/before 30th September 2025 and 3rd October (approx date). We wouldn't want overhand/overlay of Information/data.

LTH's will understand the above dates and reasons why and I'm sure you can fill in the blanks.
