Would that suggest they couldn't cope with this extra volume and different direction GST took on top of this get Semnet ready for IPO? Too much to keep an eye on.

They most likely were all over it pushing auditors to get a move on. Who knows what the BODs were doing. They may have took it to the wire on 31st July giving them as much time as poss.

Why is it GST's problem......................they are not the auditors?

Shipley merged notb GST. Timing bad for GST or good for Shipley either way we would be in the same position if we moved to another firm. At least they were given the time and opp to do audit. I'm hopig this delay/suspensin allows us to put in any INCREASED profits from Sement if it gets sorted in time!

Sergio obviously have internal capability issues
