As noted BVI company doesn’t need to have AGM unless for reasons financial etc.

One would think it’s not Need as we have funds etc and gone through the wringer via suspension.

However since we have precedent set yearly for AGM it would be good practice to maintain such annual precedent.

If correct then AGM RNS should be around 22 October +/- 3 days

6 months is the end of September.

However add the time for suspension then taht should be mid November
