The AGM and RNS no need for funding or we are not aware etc...........which was a given lie. As todays sums/maths all derive from the cash figure in Res 5 of the AGM as nominal amount for Res 6 to be carried forward. So they did know there would be a need hence the change in the PR teams sentiment on "we may need placing for the greater good"
